Meet Missy Smith, BSGB, BC-HIS

Missy Smith BSGB, BC-HIS, joined our clinic in 2006. She was born and raised in the Ozarks. Missy received her Bachelor of Science in General Business in 2002 from Missouri State University, her Missouri Hearing Instrument Specialist License in 2017 and her Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2022.

Missy is not only our Office Manager but also a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is licensed through the State of Missouri as well as trained with several hearing aid Manufacturers. She specializes in hearing aid selection and fitting, as well as hearing loss management through patient/family counseling. Missy’s top priority with her patients is always offering the utmost quality care.
